YIKES i’m in a bad mood, and this annoys me so be ready for some opinions people. No we are not as oppressed as those people. But, in the pledge of allegiance they say God. The U.S.’s official motto is “In God we trust” and Atheists are the MOST UNTRUSTED GROUP IN AMERICA according to a recent poll EVEN ABOVE HOMOSEXUALS. Not only that, we’ve spent thousands of years being tortured, burned at the stake, disrespected, not allowed certain rights, subject to hate crimes, driven out of communities and countries, and lived in a world where no one recognizes or listens to us. I’m not defending all atheists, but if your going to pull this kind of crap, you best be ready to deal with the fact that your a fucking douchbag and i hate you. AT SOME POINT IN TIME EVERY SINGLE GROUP OF PEOPLE WAS REPRESSED!!!!! get over it, I don’t need to be bashed on tumblr, I just need you to reblog funny shit that I can post on here and not try to force your opinions on me and decide that I’m not good enough for you. Woah woah woah.

You guys have a poll that says you’re not trusted?  Dear god this is important news!  Truly, the invisible act of being an atheist is now Serious Shit(TM).  I mean now that we know you have no choice but to tell every person you meet that you don’t believe in god and that as a result they may trust you less for it; well this changes everything.

I mean lets face it your absence of belief in something really must be the defining point of your nature within society.  The unchangeable way in which your body works; who you fall in love with for example?  Or the lottery through which you were born with a specific colour skin?  The chance event that you were born with testicles or ovaries, or in rare cases both?  Maybe a freak accident lost you your arm, or a psychological disorder leaves you some days afraid to leave the house?  These are all unavoidable things which relate to peoples existence within society, many of them can’t be hidden at all and will in some way effect a person’s very essence of being.

But the fact that you made a rational (well, theoretically) choice to not believe in something and not go to church on Sunday mornings?  I mean, you’d better tell your boss at work, next time you’re filling out forms that ask such a question you could just lie because fuck it who cares and no one will know but no.  For the good of human development and society as a whole you take it entirely upon yourselves to preach from the roof tops:

“I BELIEVE IN NOTHING.”

And it’s dedication like that I really can respect.  Go you.  Next time you’re shouting at strangers about how god doesn’t exist and somebody looks at you slanty eyed, just know that I’m sitting here in my room furiously masturbating and somewhere, in the back of my consciousness, I am fapping just for you.
